Our reproduction P44s are made in the USA to the exact design specifications dictated by the US Marine Corps in 1944 after the heavy losses at Saipan. They were redesigned from the P42s to provide a much better load-bearing capacity for extra ammo, rations, and gear. The Trousers are fully reversible from the Green camo exterior to the Brown camo interior. They feature two large-capacity interior Leg pockets, accessible through two large flaps with snaps along the leg side seams in a way that the front of your groin is free for other gear components and the extra flap security keeps all of the contents in your pockets from falling out. The camo fabric is also new. Matched to a mint original on the same 8 oz. 100% ring-spun Cotton HBT. These are so close to the originals that all you have to do is wash them a few times and people will think you are wearing a piece of history.

NOTE: our P44s utilize exact speck waist grommets to facilitate extra-heavy load-bearing items and will match the WWII USMC suspenders exactly should you ever need to carry an extra load of ammo or gear and don’t want your pants falling down to your knees. SUSPENDERS NOT INCLUDED with pants.

Trousers available in SIZES: 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, and 44:. Order your usual waist size, we have allowed for the shrinkage. DO NOT try any quick aging techniques on the first wash! Do it over a few washes.
