Like our previous N-1s, this new one is made in the same configuration as were the first N-1s issued in the fleet to replace the older Model 1 open zipper blue deck jacket. This new version is essentially the same as our previous N-1s with the authentic heavy-weight Bedford jungle cloth, the 100% wool Alpaca lining throughout, the wool cuffs and all the other original components.

The main difference on this version is that we were able to find the original dark brown 100% Alpaca used on the first issued N-1 along with several other specifications that distinguished them form later N-1s like the original nickel plated Talon Zippers and the metal tipped drawstrings. All in all, this is the most accurate N-1 we have made to date. Collectors will find this jacket identical to the first issue originals.
