For the first time ever, we have re-manufactured the iconic 3rd pattern Viet Nam jungle boots issued in the mid 1960s with the 100% rubber RoSearch type Vibram soles, and the Spike Protective layer, exactly like the originals. In our opinion, these were the best boots of the era, because of their high quality materials resulting in quick break-in time and comfort. Ours utilize not only Dead Stock Canvas and Webbing, but also the Silastic material toe and heel reinforcing that forms better over time to your feet like the originals. We also used period correct Brass drainage devises, the black painted aluminum eyelets, and the exact shoe strings with the hard tips.

You may not need the Spike Protection unless you work in a hazardous environment, but it’s humbling to know that you are wearing a piece of American history worn by combat units during the fiercest fighting of the Viet Nam war.

Available in Sizes 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 Wide only. For half sizes, size down. For Regular widths, take your usual size and consider the use of an insert. Wides are only 1/8” wider than Regulars so they fit most feet.
